Introduction
Use calendar sync to see your shifts on your iPhone calendar.
Prerequisite
iOS smartphone device.
To sync shifts with an Android calendar, refer to this article.
Enable Sync
Login to the Mobile App and go to More Menu > Calendar Sync
Toggle On to enable. Permission access requested. Tap 'OK' to allow.
Confirmation prompt to sync. Tap 'Subscribe' to complete.
Message on successful setup. Tap 'Done' to dismiss panel.
Tap 'View Events' to be taken to the day in your calendar.
Tap on the shift to display additional details.
Note: SocialSchedules does not control the frequency of sync. We recommend that for the most recent schedule information, you should view your shifts via the SocialSchedules Mobile App or Desktop App.
Disable Sync
You can disable the calendar sync feature at any time. Toggle Off will show you an information panel with instructions on how to disable via the Settings menu.
Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Subscribed Calendars
Tap on 'My shifts from SocialSchedules' followed by 'Delete Account' to complete.
