Introduction
The IHD app uses a driver's location to:
Determine the best driver to route new delivery requests to, based on proximity to the pick-up location
Allow customers to track the driver's location when enroute with their order
Give managers visibility of their drivers and their location
To do this effectively, the IHD app requires location services to be running in the background when you are logged in as a driver. If you do not have location services set when you log into the app, you will prompted to enable this.
You can also enable location services at any time from the Settings section of your device.
iOS
Navigate to Settings -> IHD -> Location and select Always
Android
Navigate to Settings -> Apps -> IHD -> Permissions -> Location and select Allow all the time
