When issues occur with a delivery (for example, a driver doesn't arrive to pick up an order), the first step is to call the support number for the delivery driver.
To find the phone number to call, click the help icon on the order screen. Note the help icon is only available for orders assigned to external delivery partners.
This will bring up both the phone number and the reference number to quote. The phone number will be different depending on which delivery company is/was assigned to the order.
Delivery drivers cannot be contacted directly. All issues must be routed to the delivery support team for resolution via this phone number.
