Introduction
Push notifications are sent to workers and/or managers to notify them of exceptions to the schedule.
Prerequisite
Premium Plan subscription or higher
Administrator permission
Manager Selection
Choose between two options when selecting which managers to notify:
All schedule managers
'On duty' managers, where 'on duty' means the schedule manager is currently clocked-in to a shift
Overdue Breaks
Worker and managers are notified when the worker is due to take a break. Learn more
Unscheduled Shifts
Only managers are notified when workers clock in for an unscheduled shift.
Late Clock Ins
Worker and managers are notified when the worker is late to start their shift. Set the number of minutes past the scheduled start time to trigger the notification.
Late Clock Outs
Worker and managers are notified when the worker is late to finish their shift . Set the number of minutes past the scheduled end time to trigger the notification.
