Introduction

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to perform a "Forgot Password" process to regain access to your SocialSchedules account. Two options are supported, either from your phone, (for mobile app users) or from a computer, (for responsive desktop users). Both options are explained below.

Note: If you attempt to enter your password too any times, your account will be temporarily suspended. It will automatically un-suspend after 20 minutes.

Process - From Phone (Mobile App)

The majority of users will have the SocialSchedules Mobile App installed on their phone. The following instructions relate only to a password reset performed from the phone.

  1. Launch the SocialSchedules mobile app

  2. Enter your mobile number and tap on NEXT

  3. Tap on the "Forgot Password? link (do not enter a password on this screen)

  4. A security code will be sent via a text message to your phone

  5. Retrieve the security code and enter it in the screen when prompted

  6. Enter a new password (must be a minimum length of 8 characters)

  7. Tap on DONE to complete the process

Process - From Computer (Responsive Desktop)

For users who only access SocialSchedules via a web browser from a computer, here are the Forgot Password instructions.

  3. Click on the "Forgot Password? link (do not enter a password on this screen)

  4. A security code will be sent to the email address you entered.

  6. Enter a new password (must be a minimum length of 8 characters)

  7. Click on DONE to complete the process
