Introduction
Set a clock in radius to make sure employees are clocking in where they're scheduled to work.
Prerequisites
Premium Plan subscription or higher
Administrator permission.
Navigation
Attendance > Settings > Mobile clock ins
Set clock in radius
Minimum radius
The minimum radius you can set is 100m.
Clock In or Out from outside of radius
Select 'Warn' to allow (default).
Select 'Restrict' to prevent.
Note: When the 'Warn' option is chosen, employees are alerted that they are 'Too Far Away' and are given the option to 'Start Shift Anyway'. Additionally, the timecard is flagged with this warning and visible to employers.
