Introduction
SocialSchedules provides the ability to map data between SocialSchedules timecards and Payroll Systems. Once mappings are in place the CSV export of timecard data from SocialSchedules can be imported directly into Payroll Systems.
Prerequisite
Premium Plan subscription or higher
Administrator or Manager with 'manage timecards' sub-permission
Navigation
Timecards Dashboard > Export button > Export to > CSV (Payroll Systems)
Mappings between SocialSchedules and Payroll Systems
Please contact your Payroll Systems account representative to obtain the codes which are specific to your Payroll Systems account.
Mapping is typically a one-time exercise on initial setup, which is retained once set. Changes may be subsequently required, however this should be infrequent.
Map the following high-level sections;
SocialSchedules Department to Payroll Systems Cost Center
SocialSchedules Compliance Rules to Payroll Systems Det Codes
SocialSchedules Positions to Payroll Systems Job Codes
Export CSV file
Once mappings have been created, click 'Export' to generate the Payroll Systems file.
