Introduction
Once connected to your Heartland Restaurant POS account, (a.k.a 'MobileBytes POS') SocialSchedules will retrieve your sales history and use that data to:
Forecast your future sales
Show you your labor costs against your actual sales
Prerequisite
Administrator access
Heartland Restaurant API Key (provided by Heartland)
iPad or Android tablet (if using SocialSchedules Time Clock)
Navigation
Main Menu (Location) > Integrations > POS
Click on the link icon.
Enter the Heartland Restaurant API key. Contact your Heartland representative to obtain your API key. If you are integrating multiple locations, each location requires its' own unique API key.
Select Attributes to Import. Enabling all options is recommended.
Once connected your sales data will be automatically retrieved from Heartland Restaurant and you will see the connection details.
You can disconnect from your Heartland Restaurant account at any time by clicking on the 'Disconnect' link. Disconnecting will stop the flow of sales data to SocialSchedules, resulting in no sales forecasting being performed. Additionally, you have the option to purge all historical sales history from SocialSchedules.
