InhouseDelivery supports multiple locations being created under the single company account.

Access permissions

  • New locations may only be added by an administrator. Location managers may not add locations.

Navigation

From the User menu in the top righthand corner, select Locations.

A list of all current locations will be displayed, sorted alphabetically.

Click the Add Location button on the top righthand corner.

Enter the new location's details:

  • Name (as the location will be referenced across the app)

  • Pick up address (where drivers will come to pick up orders)

  • Phone number (of the restaurant, for any order issues)

All fields are required.

Once complete, click the Save button.

Note that locations cannot be created in different countries. If you wish to add a location in a different country to the location/s already created, you will need to create a new company account.

The new location will appear on the locations list view.
