Introduction
InhouseDelivery and Stream accounts can be connected by using a restaurant token.
When the accounts are connected, all Stream delivery orders will automatically flow through to InhouseDelivery. These can then be dispatched for delivery, either manually or automatically.
Find your restaurant token
Your restaurant token can be found on the Settings screen. Settings are accessible by clicking the icon on the far righthand side of the top menu.
Under Settings, select Dispatch.
(Note: Restaurant tokens are specific to a location. If you have multiple locations, ensure you have selected the correct location in the top filter on the Settings screen.)
Scroll to the bottom of the Dispatch screen to find your restaurant token. Click the Copy button to copy it to your clipboard.
Link your accounts
Now, log-in to your Stream account and click on Profile on the top right corner.
1. Click on Profile
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Location Events
4. Click on Add provider
5. Enter your InhouseDelivery restaurant token
NOTE: This should be a unique ID for each location. This is the Restaurant Token you copied from your InhouseDelivery account for this location.
6. Select Your Dispatch Provider
7. Click Create and your integration is complete
All future Stream delivery orders for that location will now start to appear on the Deliveries screen.
