Settings allow managers to define how they would like each restaurant to operate.

The settings on the Dispatch screen enable locations to select how their deliveries will be dispatched (manually or automatically) and who will be performing the deliveries (own employees or third-party providers).

Navigation

Click the 'Settings' icon on the top menu.

Location filtering

Settings are defined per location. If you have more than one location, you can change location by using the filter in the top lefthand corner.

Administrators have access to all locations; managers will only see locations they have been given access to.

Dispatch

Click on Dispatch in the Settings menu.

There are four settings available on the Dispatch screen.

Dispatch mode

This setting determines if orders will be automatically dispatched for delivery when received into InhouseDelivery, or if they will be manually dispatched.

To enable auto-dispatch, billing details must first be entered.

Delivery providers

Choose who you want to perform your deliveries, either your own drivers or third-party drivers. Both can be enabled.

If you do not wish to use third-party drivers, please contact our support team to disable this option.

Default note for drivers

A message that will be provided to all delivery drivers. For example, Please use the back entrance when arriving to pick up the order.

Restaurant token

A restaurant token will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. This token is used to connect certain online ordering systems with the InhouseDelivery solution. You will be instructed if you need to use this token.
