Settings allow managers to define how they would like each restaurant to operate. The Alerts & notifications settings enables locations to choose when to be notified of late orders.

Click the 'Settings' icon on the top menu.

Settings are defined per location. If you have more than one location, you can change location by using the filter in the top lefthand corner.

Administrators have access to all locations; managers will only see locations they have been given access to.

Click on Alerts & notifications in the Settings menu.

Choose when to be notified when drivers are late to pick up or drop off orders.

You can also choose not to be notified. Late pick-ups and drop-offs are also flagged on the Deliveries screen.
